Su Myat Noe, a 19-year-old GPE youth leader from Myanmar, is passionate about women and girls' rights. As a Champion of Change leader, she delivers training on SRHR and gender equality to adolescent girls and young women. She also engages with adolescent boys and young men to promote gender equality through joint training sessions.

Currently a Peer Leader at PLAN International Myanmar, she provides Ready for Work training, implements peer-based interventions, and facilitates dialogue sessions on gender equality and Child and Early Forced Marriage (CEFM). Committed to educating youth on SRHR and job-related skills, Su Myat Noe aims to unlock their potential and foster leadership for social transformation and global education equity.
