Lily Calaycay is an Associate Program Specialist at UNESCO's Section for Migration, Displacement, Emergencies and Education (EME). At UNESCO, she has worked on projects related to refugee education, early childhood care and education in emergencies and the protection of education from attack.

She holds a Masters in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po Paris.
