Jenny Heintz is a Director in the Monitoring and Evaluation Division at Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and is MCC’s Education Evaluation Lead. For the past 9 years, she has managed impact and performance evaluations of MCC projects in Georgia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Tanzania and Lesotho.

Prior to MCC, she worked at the World Bank in the office of the Vice President of Latin America and the Caribbean and in the Gender Innovation Lab. She also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine from 2007 to 2009.

She has a master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
