Isabel Dillener is a Director in the Human & Community Development Practice Group at Millenium Challenge Cooperation (MCC). For the past 7 years, she has worked on MCC projects in Georgia, Morocco, Kosovo, Senegal, Benin and The Gambia.

Prior to her work at MCC, Ms. Dillener spent a decade in Africa where she led donor-funded projects in Senegal, Burkina Faso, Niger and Chad. She has also worked on development projects in education, finance and child labor in Egypt, Romania, Central America and the Caribbean.
