Florian Rabenstein is an education specialist working in the Country Engagement and Policy team at the GPE Secretariat since 2022. In his current role, Florian is supporting education transformation efforts in several francophone countries across Africa. 

Prior to joining GPE, Florian worked for UNICEF in various roles across HQ, regional offices, and the Kenya country office. In his work, he piloted and scaled-up innovative programs which focused on equity in education. 

He holds Master of Science degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Vienna, Austria.
