Ana Marta Najarro is the Planning Director in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MINEDUCYT) in El Salvador. Ana Marta has more than 20 years of experience in the design, management, execution and monitoring of social and educational projects. This experience has been developed both in the public sector and with international organizations, including in the implementation of financing from the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.

Ana Marta has an MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport, in Bridgeport, Connecticut and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Central American University "José Simeón Cañas" in El Salvador.
