Mr. Simon Molendijk is the UNICEF Papua New Guinea Chief of Education since 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience in South East Asia and the Pacific working with national and sub-national governments to promote access to quality early childhood and primary education. During his career, he has been involved in several emergencies throughout the Pacific. Mr. Molendijk holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences of Developing Countries majoring in Access to Quality Education from the Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
