Masaya Noguchi is an intern at UNESCO Bangkok, the Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau for Education, where he works in the Section for Inclusive Quality Education. Currently, his focus is on early childhood care and education, working on the project, “Strengthening Costing and Financing of SDG 4.2 in the Asia-Pacific Region”. Through the project, he has been providing support on the development of the education costing model. He obtained his Master’s degrees in Economics from Kobe University and in International Studies from Korea University.
