Tamika is a consultant with Ben&Andrew. Tamika’s school studies of Psychology, French and German introduce her main interests: communicating with people and understanding their motivations. Her conviviality and natural curiosity introduce two reasons why Tamika is a uniquely gifted researcher. Whilst studying for her Psychology BSc at Brunel University, she was approached to work with youth insights agency, Ruby Pseudo Consulting, travelling to Ethiopia, Nigeria & Rwanda over her four years with them. Outside work, Tamika keeps busy teaching local kids hip-hop dance.
