Serving as regional education policy and planning cluster lead based in UNESCO Dakar, Lily Neyestani-Hailu has extensive field experience working with education ministries and partners on sector-wide policy and planning in various countries in sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. She holds a Master’s in international education policy from Harvard University with her work primarily focused on systems strengthening, policy dialogue, and education planning and management capacity development in the context of SDG4-Education 2030.
