The CEO, in her delegated authority from the Board of Directors, approves an allocation of US$10 million as education sector program implementation grant to four eastern Caribbean states including Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, plus an additional US$700,000 in agency fees to the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States as grant agent.
