The purpose of this paper is to request the Board approve allocations for ESPIGs to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Malawi and the Caribbean island states of Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from the GPE Fund.
