John McIntosh

John is Co-CEO of STiR Education, an international non-governmental organization that works in partnership with government to foster teacher intrinsic motivation at scale. In his role, John oversees the design of STiR's global programming and its monitoring, evaluation and research activities.

Prior to joining STiR, John was a high school Spanish teacher and teacher trainer. He is particularly interested in the behavioral psychology of teaching and learning, and has written and presented widely on the topic.
