GPE invites expressions of interest from not-for-profit organizations that are not current GPE-accredited grant agents.

Applicants should have exceptional experience in conducting evaluations of education systems, policies and programs in GPE partner countries and working with a variety of country-level stakeholders to learn from evidence.

The selected organization is expected to conduct reviews in 8-10 GPE partner countries until June 2026. These reviews will assess countries’ priority education reform progress and achievements, and GPE’s long-term contributions to the reform process.

The deadline for submission of expressions of interest has been extended to March 31, 2025 (23:59 ET).
