Carmela Salzano is an international development specialist with more than twenty years of development sector experience (including education and local economic development policy) specializing in policy and program design, technical guidance and meeting organization. Carmela has worked with the GPE Secretariat as a consultant in the areas of sector policy dialogue and joint sector monitoring, and consulted for UNESCO, Children’s Investment Fund, and ILO. She holds a Master in Local Economic Development from London School of Economics.
