Jane Leer
Research Specialist, Save the Children

Jane Leer is a Research Specialist in Save the Children's Department of Education and Protection, where she leads research design, data collection and analysis with teams across the globe implementing basic education and early childhood education programs. Previously Jane worked as a research assistant at the Inter-American Development Bank in Nicaragua, where she supported two randomized-controlled trial impact evaluations of early childhood development programs and led a cross-country study of the quality of home visit parenting programs. Jane has a B.A. in Development Studies from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in International Education Policy Analysis from Stanford, and is the author of multiple peer-reviewed papers and edited volumes.
