Blandine Ledoux

As education economist for UNICEF, Blandine LEDOUX supports the development of tools to strengthen accountability and management capacity in education at country-level, as well as education sector analysis. She holds a master’s degree in statistics and economy and spent much of her career supporting education sector analysis and financial simulation models in Africa for UNESCO. She co-authored several publications on education issues. She also worked for the French Development Agency as a Project Manager and for the secretariat of the Global Partnership for Education supporting education sector plan development and funding request processes in GPE member countries.
