Summative evaluation of GPE's support to Mauritania

The objective of this evaluation is to assess the GPE contributions to strengthening the Mauritanian education system, and ultimately, the achievement of education results in learning, equity, equality and inclusion, validating GPE’s theory of change and its operational model.
The evaluation team consulted a total of 47 stakeholders from the relevant ministries responsible for delivering education, development partners, civil society and the Secretariat.
