This partnership compact represents the interest and commitment of partners to create a more inclusive, relevant, and resilient education system that serves the needs of all students and supports the national aspirations of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with its stakeholders, selected the following priority reform for the education sector: Developing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive, inclusive, and equitable curriculum by:

• Integrating technology, life skills, TVET, Arts and resilience education; and
• Serving the needs of all students, in both general and special education settings.
