The Board of Directors approves:

• adaptation to the GPE operational framework to provide for revisions to the top-up so countries could have some flexibility in exceptional circumstances where a revision is strongly justifiable.
• an allocation from GPE trust funds for a system transformation grant in support of the Transformation of Basic Education in Côte d'Ivoire in the amount of US$35,928,000.
• an allocation from GPE trust funds for a system transformation grant and a Multiplier grant to Senegal in the amount of US$73,188,107.40 in support of the Programme d’appui au développement de l’éducation.
• an allocation from GPE trust funds for a Multiplier grant to Burundi in support of the Human Capital Development project in the amount of US$30,000,000.
