The Board of Directors confirms the exceptional delegation to the CEO to approve, on a case-by-case basis, requests for the extension of the validity of existing system transformation grant allocations that are set to expire 7 months after approval of the strategic parameters.

The extensions granted by the CEO would not exceed three months from the original submission deadline specified during the approval of the strategic parameters of the system transformation grants.
