Tracy Mademutsa

Tracy Mademutsa nee Madziro, is the current District Schools Inspector for Mutare District presiding over 255 Schools. As a teacher since 1989, Tracy has worked with girls in Girl Guides, Girls Camping, Girls Youth at Church and as a Provincial Welfare Officer for girls whenever they camped for sporting.

From 2000–2012, she was a female Chaperon for the Paralympics. As a Schools Inspector from 2013 to 2020 (Mutare District, Manicaland Province), Tracy was the focal person for various education partners such as CARE Zimbabwe, Plan International and FACT, mainly focusing on ending child marriages and increasing access to continued girls education.

In her capacity as District Schools Inspector, Tracy has facilitated the uptake of Guidance and Counseling in rural and urban schools, skills development through income generating projects and leadership skills building and girls assertiveness through camps.

Tracy Mademutsa Madziro holds a Masters in Public Studies and Governance, a Degree in Educational Administration, a Diploma in Education, a Certificate in Red Cross-National Trainer, a Certificate in Guidance and Counselling as well as a Certificate in Conflict Resolution.
