Shem is a Senior Programs Officer at the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA). He coordinates ADEA’s program implementation. He is also ADEA’s focal point for the African Union’s Continental Education Strategy for Africa 2016 – 2025. He has over 15 years of experience in strategic leadership, policy development, sector analysis and capacity development in education.
