Robert Rogers

Robert Rogers is a Senior Policy Associate at J-PAL Global. His work at J-PAL focuses on supporting and documenting the scale-up of evidence-based programs. He also works to synthesize lessons across studies relevant to international education policy, with the aim of identifying cost-effective policies and programs.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2017, Robert worked in development economics research in Hanoi, Vietnam and Dakar, Senegal. He holds a master's in globalization and public policy from Sciences Po Aix and a BA from the University of Michigan.
