Rodolfo Andres Scannone Chavez

Rodofo is Partnership Specialist at the Global Partnership for Education, focusing on the rollout of the strategic capabilities workstream. Previously served as an Education Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank. He holds a M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Mass Communication from Andres Bello Catholic University (UCAB) and is from Venezuela.
