Philip Finell

Philip Finell is an Analyst working with the education finance practice at GPE, having joined the GPE Secretariat in 2023. His professional background includes roles in education sector policy and planning with UNICEF in Cambodia and Rwanda as well as bilateral development cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in Tanzania and Zanzibar.
He holds an MSc in Economics from Linköping University. Currently based in Paris, he follows and contributes to the global dialogue on education finance, innovative finance solutions, and the intersection between education and climate change.
