Moses Ngware
Senior Research Scientist, African Population and Health Research Center
Moses Ngware is a Senior Research Scientist at the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), and Non-Resident Fellow, Center for Global Development. He leads the Education and Youth Empowerment research unit of the Human Development Theme at APHRC, and he is the 2022/2023 Program Chair of the Africa Special Interest Group (ASIG) of the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES). Ngware has published over 100 policy relevant publications with a focus on sub-Saharan Africa. He has over 20 years of experience in education research and policy analysis.
