Milagros Concha-Fernández Sánchez is the Education Out Loud Analyst for the Global Partnership for Education. She previously worked on policy analysis, research and advocacy for organizations such as UNESCO's GEM Report, RESULTS and Duke University. Mili holds a BA in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Perú and an MA in International Development from the American University in Washington, DC.
