Lauren Pisani

Advisor in Learning Research, Save the Children

Lauren Pisani is an Advisor in Learning Research at Save the Children. In her current role, Lauren leads impact evaluations for early learning and development programs around the world, and was instrumental to the creation of the International Development and Early Learning Assessment (IDELA). Prior to working at Save the Children, Lauren was the Associate Director of Measuring Success, a firm committed to empowering schools and other non-profit organizations to achieve their missions through data-driven decision making. Lauren also worked at the American Institutes for Research to analyze and disseminate the results of large-scale student assessments (i.e., PISA, PIRLS, TIMSS). Lauren’s work appears frequently in conference presentations, peer-reviewed journals, and books. She holds a MA in Education from Stanford University and is currently pursuing a PhD from the University College of London.
