Linda Oduor- Noah is the Project Manager at The East African Center for Human Rights where she leads the Education Support Programme. Linda has worked on research and policy analysis for over 8 years with key interests in governance, urban development and human rights. Since 2016, some of her work has focused on bridging information and regulatory gaps regarding the regulation of private actors in education in the region. Linda is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
