With extensive experience working in pre-K-12 schools internationally and 7 years in educational research, program evaluation, and policy development, Kristeen is a senior education specialist passionate to improve learning and conditions for students and teachers in primary schools. Kristeen’s research interests center on cross-cultural pedagogy, teacher continuous professional development (TPD), and the normative in primary education. Kristeen currently supports policy design and program development in primary education and TPD interventions in Tanzania.
