Global Coalition for Foundational Learning

The Global Coalition for Foundational Learning is an initiative bringing together GPE, USAID, UNICEF, UNESCO, the World Bank, FCDO and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

These agencies commit to supporting the availability and use of comparable learning data, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa where almost half of the countries do not have comparable learning data.
