Elizabeth Marsden
Project associate, RTI International
Elizabeth Marsden is a project associate at RTI International working in the International Education division. With a background in history and education, she worked as a teacher both in the United States and abroad for several years before transitioning into international development, where her work has revolved around women’s rights, economic empowerment, and education. Ms. Marsden is also a current PhD student in political science at George Mason University, where her research interests include: polarization, gender, discrimination, and education reform.
