Daniel Kelly

Daniel Kelly is an education consultant at UNICEF HQ New York, working on the Data Must Speak project and monitoring and evaluation. He was previously an education consultant at the UNICEF Eastern and Southern Africa Regional Office supporting the Out-of-School Children Initiative. He holds a Masters in Education from the University of Cambridge and a Masters in International and Comparative Education from Stockholm University.
