Dr David Armstrong leads PwC UK’s international development team, and since 2012 he has been the PwC Partner responsible for the Girls’ Education Challenge program delivered on behalf of the UK’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development office. He has a PhD in the economics of education, is married with three children, and is learning the uilleann pipes.
