Since 2020, Ms. Gantsetseg is manager of the Inclusive Education Unit, Department of General Education, Ministry of Education and Science in Mongolia. She is in charge of improving the educational environment and accesibility for children with disabilities, teacher training, textbook, and more.
From 2009 to 2020 she was specialist at the Department of General Education, and from 2002 to 2009, she was a researcher at the Mongolian Institute of Education Research. During this period, she researched and proposed a new mathematic education program, with textbook improvement and teacher training course improvement.
From 1989 to 2002, she was a mathematic teacher in secondary school.
