Bodiel Fall is the Program Coordinator and Manager for the ELAN Program. Bodiel has been an integral part to the program's success since its inception in 2013, initially serving as Program Officer for the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).
Her expertise in bi-plurilingual and multilingual education has been crucial in shaping ELAN's strategies that focus on improving educational outcomes in Francophone countries.
Her deep understanding of global educational challenges and local realities in countries across sub-Saharan Africa has forged her continued commitment to fostering cross-border collaboration—the key to advancing the program's mission of enhancing quality education.
