Belay Addise is a development management practitioner currently serving as GPE's Regional Manager for Eastern and Southern Africa.
In his previous roles, including at the World Bank and DFID (now FCDO), Belay has supported education and human development. He has led or advised on large multi-sectoral programs and trust funds focused on decentralized basic services, social accountability, and productive safety net programs.
