Bayarmaa Ayurzana is Project Coordinator at the Save the Children Japan in Mongolia. She is in charge of the GPE-funded "Enabling Equity to Advance Learning" project's performance. She has also worked on projects funded by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. She has completed three projects in the Education sector.

Bayarmaa has a Ph.D. in Education from Mongolia's State University of Education and a Master of Arts from Hiroshima University. of Japan.
