Zimbabwe Partnership Compact demonstrates the strong commitment and resolve of the Government to transformation in the primary and secondary education sector by ensuring equitable access to relevant quality education in Zimbabwe for all children.

The compact development process was supported by a sustained participatory dialogue between all the different groups of stakeholders in the education sector.
