The Ministry of Education and Training and its partners have jointly developed the partnership compact to focus efforts to improve literacy learning outcomes in primary school.

It aims to improve literacy rates in primary school, by ensuring equitable allocation and implementation of innovative resources, while fostering a holistic curriculum.
