• Assess and report on the performance progress and achievements of the grant in specific capacity areas for this reporting period, to inform improvements in the implementation of the grant so as to ensure that its intended aims are fulfilled.
• Share lessons to improve the grant activities and priorities.
• Ensure accountability and transparency of the grant and its commitments.
