Summative evaluation carried out by a team of external evaluators from R4D and ITAD of GPE's country-level support to education in Liberia. The evaluation covers the period 2010-2017 and is based on a document, database and literature review, as well as consultations with 39 stakeholders in Liberia and Washington, DC.
