This document provides an update on the initial allocation of US$2 million for strategic capabilities, as approved by the Board in December 2020, and requests the Board to consider a proposal to scale support for climate-smart education systems and pilot new strategic capability initiatives and their funding, as well as a delegation of authority to the CEO to approve a portion of those funds.
