This paper requests the Board of Directors to consider a range of actions to strengthen GPE’s safeguards against sexual harassment, exploitation, abuse, with special attention to the vulnerabilities of children; the actions also cover other forms of misconduct. It provides an update on recent actions taken to strengthen the Secretariat’s awareness of the topic and to reinforce its zero tolerance of such behavior.
