This partnership compact has been developed through an inclusive, government-led, and evidence-based process which started with the setting up of a task team comprising the Ministry of Education and representatives of the different stakeholder groups of the education development partners.

The compact selected as priority reform to transform education in Rwanda to ensure inclusive quality teaching and learning for all girls and boys.
