This report presents a review of the completion reports for GPE’s education sector program implementation grants, GPE’s largest financing instrument. Its purpose is twofold: accountability and lesson learning.

The review helps GPE be accountable for the results achieved in closed grants. It also helps the partnership learn lessons from recently closed grants and informs the GPE Secretariat's engagement with country partners in future grant planning and implementation.
