The results framework is the primary tool for measuring progress towards the goals and objectives of GPE 2020, the partnership's 5-year strategy. It aims to improve program implementation and hold all members of the partnership accountable. This document presents the methodological underpinnings of the results framework’s 37 indicators, outlining indicator definitions, purpose, calculation methods and corresponding formulae, interpretation and limitations.
