The purpose of this paper is to request the Board to approve an allocation for an education sector program implementation grant (ESPIG) to the Federal Government of Somalia, as recommended by the Grants and Performance Committee (GPC) following its discussion of the grant application during its June 26-28, 2018 meeting.
