The Pledging Framework is a tool that partners in the Global Partnership for Education as well as new partners should use to make their commitment in support of education in low-income countries.  It details what each category of partner can commit and what indicators can be used to monitor the pledges over time. The 2015-2018 replenishment campaign kicks off on June 26 in Brussels at the Replenishment Pledging Conference.
